Feel free to combine different formats! Not everyone likes to read a lot. However, group your content not by content format, but by topic. No one comes to your website to watch videos or read articles exclusively.

Your content can be as great as you want it to be. If it’s not easy to consume, visitors will leave it behind. So make sure the layout is appealing and the font is easy to read. Even on mobile devices!
Loading speed
Long loading times are often caused by large files and plug-ins. A nice tool to measure the loading speed is PageSpeed Insights from Google. It also suggests optimization measures at the same time.
Navigation
Give visitors the feeling of control and allow them comfortable navigation. Here, too, it is worth taking a look at the buyer journey. Only link content that fits the context. Either content that goes into more detail on the topic in question (or a section) or content with even more practical relevance.
